Francoise is a 6th generation winemaker from Limoux as some of you may know… making Baptiste a 7th generation winemaker following in his mother’s footsteps. Baptiste is already working hard to keep his family’s winemaking traditions alive with his own twist. He has his eye on a grape found only in southern areas of France known as Mauzac Blanc – it’s rare with a million dollar flavor.
