The best antidote for depression is finding your purpose. I remember the days when I couldn’t find a reason to get out of bed. Eventually, I forced myself to get out and about. I volunteered for a charity called The Smith Family. One thing led to another, and they trained me to be a Counsellor. I found my purpose and got my life back.
