Winemaker James-Paul Marin is always looking for ways to make his winemaking practices more sustainable. His latest evolution was the decision on the newest released Léve Tôt Grenache packaging. ????

The label is made of Bagasse. What is that you ask? ????
Bagasse is sugar cane fiber, it’s chlorine-free, versatile and compostable. ⁠It’s the fiber (waste product) that remains after the juice has been extracted. This abundant agricultural by-product is a plant fiber that decomposes naturally in the environment too.
