For the first time ever, Mauricio is making Godello, a white grape grown in northwestern Spain that was saved decades ago by a small number of wine growers and producers in the region.
Aside from working with such a rare grape “this is a dream come true” for Mauricio because he’s “doing this with my oldest son, Agustin, and also my entire family is supporting this dream. I just wanted to share with you this amazing experience I’m living because you are part of my family!”
